Cake Cutting Instructions
Position a cutting board against your cake and cut a 1" slice
Lay the cake slice on your board and cut into 1x2"
or 1x1" coffee portions
Repeat for the rest of the cake to ensure even portions
Extra tall cakes can be cut again through the middle for even smaller portions
cake care & Transport
Always carry the cake box from the bottom to prevent damage.
Always keep the cake level, placing it on the car floor or boot for stability.
In warmer months, refrigerate if needed and allow an hour at room temperature before serving.
